Thomas Barr is the Director of Member Engagement and Operations for Local First Arizona, working to promote locally owned businesses and build vibrant, equitable communities throughout the state. Thomas oversees operations at LFA which includes managing the recruitment, retention and engagement of over 2700 businesses across Arizona and providing support to all LFA staff by streamlining process strategies. He also frequently speaks to different groups locally and nationally, presenting the history, mission and impact of the organization while advocating the importance of the local movement and independent businesses in sustaining our economy.
