Join us and our Women 4 Women group as we learn about the services provided by Healing Space Yoga Studio while participating in a beginner level breathing and stretching class. Speakers from the Healing Space team will include Lindsay, a nutritionist, Jenny, a myofunctional therapist, Amy, a physical therapist, and Dr. Mallory, a naturopath.
The $10 registration fee covers the class, lite refreshments, and snacks.
