Our annual Hike for Hope is right around the corner! Such an amazing event that brings our grieving community together to honor the ones we have lost. We are so excited for the opportunity to be able to host this event again with YOUR HELP! All of our amazing donors and families make it possible for us to continue to provide this day of hope and remembrance, even during a pandemic! We have made some changes to ensure that there is social distancing and that safety is the main priority! We hope that you join us on this special day as we remember so many amazing loved ones that are no longer physically with us. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS This year, our goal is to keep the family-focused atmosphere and community of our usual hike, but to do it in a way that allows everyone to feel that they can participate safely! That means some teams will be in-person, some will check in from other locations, and some from home! YOU get to choose what you're comfortable with.
OPEN HIKING AND REGISTRATION 8 - 10 AM All hikers will start at the registration table anytime between 8 and 10 am and then move through the activities and the self-guided hike with their group at their own pace to allow for social distancing. If you wish to come by and register, check out the festivities and then hike your own favorite trail, that is welcome too! You will need about an hour to complete the hike! CLOSING AND RAFFLE 11 AM Our raffle winners will be announced in person AND on Facebook Live (for our hikers tuning in from home or other locations)! You do not have to be present to win.
