Celebrating its 7th season, ‘The Maverick’ has become the West Valley’s top annual charity golf tournament. Year after year, the tournament is filled with supporters, avid golfers, business owners, and those just looking to have a good time. They look forward to teeing off for a day filled with fun, networking, camaraderie, and excellent golfing conditions, all while raising money for West Valley charities.
‘The Maverick’ golf tournament was created with the vision to raise money for West Valley charities. Initially hosted at the Wigwam Golf Resort on only one course, the demand to play ‘The Maverick’ grew quickly as patrons immediately re-registered simply because this was a tournament like no other that they had played in. The following three years, the tournament quickly expanded to capacity on all three of the Wigwam’s top courses and continues to sell out. This year, we will host the event on the Blue and Gold courses at the Wigwam.
‘The Maverick’ has become valley golfer’s top charity golf tournament of choice simply because 100% of the net proceeds are donated back to West Valley charities. Golfers enjoy the “VIP all-inclusive feel” of ‘The Maverick’. ‘The Maverick’ swag bag is now a featured talking point of the golf tournament as each golfer receives an extensive amount of value upon arrival. The highlight of ‘The Maverick’ is that all food, beverages, and dinners (plus spouse/guest) are included with your registration, providing an authentic and elite golfing experience.
