April 16th is National Health Care Decisions Day!
The Conversation Project founded National Health Care Decision to encourage open conversation about your health care wishes, including who you want to make health care decisions on your behalf. While conversations are important, it’s also important to protect your health care wishes through legal documents.
In Arizona, those legal documents include:
(1) Health Care Power of Attorney; and
(2) Living Will.
