Across this 90-minute Workshop Heather will educate you on practical techniques to help you self regulate and build your stress resilience.
• Learn about nervous system regulation
• Explore and practice self-regulation techniques
• Unpack what Yoga Nidra is and how it works
• Experience Yoga Nidra Guided Relaxation
Come away with a tool box of tricks which will train you in different methods to stay grounded and centered — no matter what comes your way.
