After years of personal experience and working informally with friends and colleagues, we founded Whole Coaching with the goal of helping individuals become wholly healthy and happy through nutrition, fitness, and life coaching. How do we do that? Tammy and Mary joined forces in 2020 because they witnessed first-hand tremendous results in their own lives: it really makes an undeniable difference to live a whole lifestyle in body, mind, and spirit. Utilizing whole-food, plant-based nutrition strengthened by fitness and exercise, they have seen proven success when clients focus on building a new lifestyle — instead of yet another diet.  The foundation of this lifestyle is built on strengthening the client by setting achievable goals for relationships, weight loss, and pursuing their dreams.
