I am a Wellness Educator and Certified Health Coach teaching individuals and families about the importance of whole food nutrition, exercise and prevention. I help others incorporate simple changes for better health. I also recommend the Juice Plus whole food nutritional product line and an amazing aeroponic gardening system!
